We like to get involved in the organization of events and to determine everything down to the smallest details and this is where Prestige Events Solutions developed.
The AHK SOMMER – FESTIVAL event organized by our team at Crown Plaza, brought us one of the biggest challenges. It all started with an outdoor event in the hotel garden. 24 hours before the event, the decoration of the garden began with 800m of light bulb garland to create the most pleasant environment and because we like everything to look great.
With a quite interesting set-up, we made the plan for the assembly of the 4 stages on which the artistic program supported by the Prestige Orchestra team was to take place on the second day.
The next day unfortunately the weather turned our plans upside down so we had to implement everything we had planned to do in the garden inside the hotel. In order for each sponsor to benefit from his stage, we had to use 4 different rooms, but which would make available to the guests the opportunity to be in contact with everything that is happening at that moment at each stage. Our colleagues installed two LED TVs in each lounge and that’s how we managed to keep everyone in touch with everything that was happening. With emotions, the addition of the team and a last-minute but timely decision, we provided the necessary logistics and technique for everything to take place in impeccable conditions and for the event to be enjoyed by the 1000 guests present.
