Thank you for your interest in the services offered by PRESTIGE Orchestra and presented online through the prestigeorchestra.ro website. Using this site implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below, so please read them carefully.
The phrase “PRESTIGE Orchestra” refers to the company FEST PRESTIGE MUSIC SRL, CUI RO31603524, registration number with the Trade Register J2013000693299, address: Prahova County, Tătărani Locality/Sector, Address TĂTĂRANI, Str. CERCELUȘILOR, No. 18.
PRESTIGE Orchestra reserves the right to modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the services offered through the prestigeorchestra.ro website, with or without prior notification. We are not legally responsible to any person, whether physical or legal, for the suspension or interruption of the services offered through the prestigeorchestra.ro website.
2. Protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data
PRESTIGE Orchestra, represented online through the prestigeorchestra.ro website, has the obligation to safely administer the personal data that you voluntarily provide about yourself and to use it only for the agreed purposes.
3. What are the categories of personal data processed?
When you contact us through the contact form on the website, by phone or through social networks, you voluntarily give us your name, email address and phone number. We will use all this data only for the purpose of communication.
4. Copyright
The prestigeorchestra.ro website is the property of PRESTIGE Orchestra. The content of the website represented in the form of texts, photos, video, logo, other graphic elements belongs to the owner and is protected by law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.
PRESTIGE Orchestra reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the website, the services offered and the conditions of use. Changes can be made without notice and are not retroactive.
Full or partial reproduction of texts or illustrations from the prestigeorchestra.ro website is possible only with prior written consent. Intellectual piracy is punishable by law.

7. Event “The Dinner” (edition “To the Moon and Back”)
7.1 Occasional nature and availability
“The Dinner” is an occasional event, organized in limited series, not a service continuously available on the site. For the current edition, the maximum capacity is 44 places. Participation is possible only within the limit of available places and only after express confirmation from the organizer.
7.2 Application process
The form on the site has an exclusive role of collecting data (invitation request). Filling out the form does not guarantee a reservation and does not imply a transaction. Our team will evaluate the requests and will contact only the selected people.
7.3 Confirmation, invoicing and payment (NETOPIA Payments)
The selected people will receive a proforma invoice and a payment link via NETOPIA Payments by email. The reservation becomes firm only after payment is received. Places can be provisionally held for 48 hours from the issuance of the invoice; in the absence of payment on time, the reservation can be released without further formalities.
7.4 Delivery of the service. Access to the event
The service is intangible (right of access to the event). After confirmation of payment, delivery is made by email: confirmation of participation and access/seating details (time, location, instructions, possibly code/QR). The client is responsible for providing a correct email and checking the Spam/Promotions folder.
7.5 Packages and prices
The packages for the current edition:
- Lunar Voyage – €299: private round-trip transfer, fine dining with foie gras and premium beef, access to full live show & DJ Set. The transfer is from Bucharest to the event location.
- Starlight – €249: fine dining with foie gras and beef, access to live show & DJ Set.
- Moonlight – €199: fine dining with fish and selection of cheeses, access to live show & DJ Set.
Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT. Payment is processed in RON, and the conversion is that of the processor/bank at the time of payment. Bank fees, if any, are borne by the client.
7.6 Cancellation and refund
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the event date. In this case, we will issue you a voucher for the amount paid, usable for future editions of “The Dinner”.
7.7 Prevalence
To the extent that this section conflicts with the general provisions, the specific conditions of the “The Dinner” event prevail.
8. Event “Royale Night 2026” (New Year’s Eve 2026)
8.1 Purchased tickets are non-refundable
Amounts paid for participation in the ROYALE NIGHT – New Year’s Eve 2026 event cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason for non-participation.
8.2 Table allocation
Participants who purchase individual tickets or in groups of 2 people will be seated at tables corresponding to the purchased ticket category (General, Exclusive or VIP).
The organizer will distribute seats based on availability and space configuration, ensuring compliance with the access category and a comfortable experience for all guests.
8.3 Access to the event
Access is allowed exclusively to persons presenting a valid ticket, purchased through official sales channels.
The attire is mandatory Black Tie with a Touch of Gold. The organizer reserves the right to refuse access to persons who do not comply with the dress code.
8.4 Changes and organization
The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the artistic program or the configuration of the hall, without affecting the quality and overall experience of the event.
